1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at innovatenestlabs.com, downloading the EBillZen app, or integrating the nrb (Nexora Report Builder) package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our software and services.

2. Products & Licensing Rules

We offer different products, each subject to specific usage rules:

  • A. EBillZen (Mobile App): EBillZen is a utility tool designed to help landlords and homeowners calculate and manage sub-meter electricity bills. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the meter readings, tenant details, and data you input. We are not liable for any billing disputes between you and your tenants.
  • B. nrb - Nexora Report Builder: The nrb package is released under the Innovate Nest Labs Custom License (Proprietary). You may integrate the package into personal or commercial apps; however, you may not modify the source code, create derivative works, redistribute, sub-license, or sell the package as a standalone product. Original copyright notices must remain intact.
  • C. Premium nrb APIs: Premium features (like Excel/PDF/Word exporting) require an active paid subscription tied to your specific App Package Name. Free tier usage via our demo credentials is strictly limited to an API quota and is for testing purposes only.
3. User Accounts & Security
  • To access certain features (like managing EBillZen data or nrb subscriptions), you must create an account.
  • You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all use of your account and password.
  • We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine it is inappropriate or violates our policies.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
  • Purchases for nrb subscriptions and APIs are billed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and are processed securely.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our website.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time with prior notice to active subscribers.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, the EBillZen app, and the nrb software (including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, and graphics) are the proprietary property of Innovate Nest Labs.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
  • In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our software products.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
